Whipped up with a shaving brush, the palm-oil-free organic shaving soap can be worked into a fine lather that becomes even finer-textured and more stable when applied. The shea butter used offers ideal care as a re-fatting agent for the skin and can relieve any feeling of tightness.

Application
Use a good shaving brush to produce a stable shaving lather. With the wet brush, work the shaving soap well in a small bowl until a fine, creamy lather forms. It should not drip from the brush. Apply the lather with the brush in circular motions; this further stabilises the foam and helps it stay on the facial hair longer. Leave the shaving soap foam to act briefly (about 15 seconds), as it softens the facial hair and makes the shave gentler. Rinse the razor several times under warm water during the shave to clean the blade and continue shaving thoroughly. After shaving, rinse the shaved areas thoroughly with warm water. A final rinse with cold water closes the pores. This way you can enjoy the wet shave and the pleasant feeling afterwards. Done properly, it can become a soothing ritual. Rinse the shaving brush well and leave it to air-dry until the next shave. The shaving soap should also be stored dry.

Great replacement for shaving cream!
This is a great product and replaces shaving cream very well. There are no toxic ingredients and is good for the skin. For best results, apply after the shower and use hot water. I find that using this soap helps me shave better and is economical. I like to apply shea butter on the skin after a shave to help with any irritation. Thank you for this great product.

Misleading name
I had bought this "shaving soap" to shave with, how could it be otherwise? Unfortunately, the soap has a subterranean service life. This makes shaving no fun. In comparison with similar branded products, this soap is unsatisfactory at best. That was nothing!

Lovely shaving soap, very economical despite the small amount. It lathers up quite quickly and the safety razor glides smoothly over the skin. The skin is clean-shaven and not irritated, even with daily use.
