Interrelationships are presented in an understandable way. The author's wide-ranging experience is incorporated time and again. By chance" I was given an insight into a single volume, which excited me so much that I ordered the entire series. Long delivery times

My order was intended as a birthday present. Ordered 1 week in advance. Unfortunately it was delivered late. Reasons: I was a new customer and had ticked the direct debit box. I then received an email saying that this was not possible as a new customer...? Is it not possible to point this out in advance or restrict the payment option? I decided in favour of Paypal because of the urgency. Nevertheless, the order was not dispatched until the following day (a Friday), despite my notification of the planned birthday present. But then arrived late on Tuesday. I was mega disappointed.
