Vitamin C — high-dose, bioactive and 99% pure
Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins because it is involved in many processes in the body. Above all, it is known for its positive effect on the immune system. However, it cannot be produced or stored by the body. Therefore adequate intake of vitamin C from the diet is important. The vitamin C tablets in this set contain L-ascorbic acid. This is the only bioactive form of vitamin C, which means it can be taken up and utilised directly by the body. The immune defences thus benefit quickly and very efficiently from the all-rounder for wellbeing, vitamin C.

Vitamin D3 — the sunshine vitamin for alert defences in any weather
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in liquid form dissolved in high-quality MCT coconut oil is particularly stable and well absorbable. Vitamin D supports the immune system and helps the body to absorb calcium and phosphorus. As a result it is essential for the maintenance of bones, teeth and normal muscle function. Phosphorus in turn plays a role in the body's energy production. Therefore insufficient vitamin D can also play a role in persistent tiredness and exhaustion. The body produces vitamin D outdoors in small amounts with sufficient sunlight and it must be taken in additionally through the diet.

Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) supports normal blood clotting and contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones. It also ensures the transport of calcium in the body so that it does not accumulate unused. The drops are easy to dose. Zinc — the all-rounder among trace elements for complete wellbeing
What vitamin C is among the vitamins, zinc is among the minerals: an all-rounder. As an essential trace element it is vital because it plays an important role in the normal function of the immune system, in various metabolic processes as well as in fertility and reproduction. Zinc must be obtained from the diet; the body cannot produce it itself. For our high-strength zinc tablets we use the premium raw material zinc bisglycinate. This is a zinc chelate complex that is absorbed particularly quickly and effectively by the body. This allows a comparatively low dosage.

Spectrum of effects*
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise when an additional 200 mg of vitamin C per day is consumed on top of the recommended daily intake. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, bones, blood vessels, skin, teeth and gums, to the normal function of the psyche and nervous system, to the improvement of iron absorption, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
