Vitamin B12 drops for more vitality & better concentration
When I was diagnosed with severe slipped discs and degenerative changes in my spine at the end of 2018, my orthopaedist recommended that I supplement with vitamin B12 and D3/K2 from now on and in the future. At first I took a combination product in tablet form, without any visible effect. A friend then recommended Unimedica and the pure B12 drops (and the D3/K2 combination product). I have been taking these Unimedica B12 drops daily since the beginning of 2021 and have noticed little change. However, when I travelled for 14 days and forgot to take the drops, I noticed that I was less able to concentrate. After my return and taking the drops again daily, not only did my ability to concentrate return, but also my basic vitality. An extensive blood test, which I had to take in September (after about 8 months of taking the drops) because of my pain diagnosis, confirmed that the drops were the perfect dosage for me. Both the B12 and vitamin D3 levels were optimal. I take 2 drops of B12 daily and have already ordered the drops for two friends (the double pack). They also no longer want to do without them due to their improved vitality.

Readily available B12 without unnecessary additives
Unfortunately, it is not very well known (at least I only came across it after years of research), but vitamin B12 in capsule form seems to be particularly poorly absorbed by people with digestive problems. This is of course doubly unfavourable, as many physical and mental illnesses are often generally associated with a vitamin B deficiency and B vitamins play a major role in digestion. A liquid B12 supplement therefore makes sense in my opinion. The only additives, glycerine and water, have not been criticised by any health research group to my knowledge. The choice of the B12 forms methylcobalamin & adenosylcobalamin is also great. Because of the latter, I would recommend keeping the drops in your mouth for a little while before swallowing them, as adenosylcobalamin is also absorbed by the oral mucosa. Thank you very much for this great product! A little tip at the end: 2 drops is not a lot and if you take it according to the manufacturer's instructions, it will last a long time. I had ordered 4 bottles to save on delivery costs, but that was a bit excessive

Hm, I've been on a meat-free diet since November '96 and don't take any supplements. As I'm now going more and more vegan, I'm currently thinking about taking B12. B12 is not necessary for a meat-free diet - and I also like to eat sweets and crisps ;)

When following a vegan diet, it is best to always remember to get enough amino acids. Most vegans have a massive deficiency of amino acids after 3-4 years. Probably the second most important thing after vitamin B12.
