Selected and balanced active ingredients without chemicals
As I suffer from typical menopausal symptoms, I was looking for a preparation without chemicals and hormones. I also didn't want to have an aggressive influence on my hormone balance. I had intermittent hot flushes during the day and I kept waking up at night during sleep because of night sweats, which put a lot of psychological strain on me. Then, of course, I was tired and cheerless during the day. I then came across this product from Unimedica, which appealed to me because of its natural ingredients. I felt better surprisingly quickly because I slept much better, my sweating was also greatly reduced, I am more balanced and no longer so easily irritated, I also have better digestion and my skin has become much firmer. Menopower has made me more relaxed and I'm in a much better mood. 🌞

When did you notice the first improvement? I've been taking it for 2.5 weeks and haven't noticed anything. I always wake up after 3 hours of sleep and can no longer fall asleep. Only 3 hours sleep every night for 3 months. In addition, my hot flushes are still just as severe.

Herbal remedies may take up to three months to reach their full effect. My gynaecologist had recommended chasteberry and rhubarb root, but she said it would take about three months for them to start working.

Hello Isa — try a liver detox cure; the recurring waking time (3am) corresponds to the liver, it may be congested. Desmodium as first choice, or milk thistle. Apple bud is recommended for night sweats due to menopause. Be careful: not frozen buds such as herbalgem sold in health-food shops — they are of no use. Choose non-frozen buds and gemmotherapy produced on site with good vitality. The bud must be alive. Marie, Naturopath, Herbalist and Phytotherapist.

Iron level is great. It's the perimenopause. I have now taken valerian capsules. After the 3rd day I slept through the night :) At least 7 hours sleep every night. So I have found what I was looking for.

I felt the effect after about a week. Of course, we are not all the same and we all have our own individual histories. I could imagine that the dormouse complex with melatonin would be good for you and that sage extract would also help with the hot flushes.

Thank you for your message. I don't know Siebenschläfer Komplex, I'll have a look at it right away. Unfortunately I can't order melatonin as I'm from Switzerland and they don't seem to send these capsules abroad. I have ordered some valerian capsules in the hope that it will improve. I have also been taking Menopower for a week. Maybe I just need longer,)

Very gladly...., patience can bring success. I would also try tryptophan for sleep, because it is the precursor of melatonin and taken in the evening can help you sleep well.

The healthy "satisfier"
The amino tablets are indispensable for my sporting activities. It contains everything I need for strength training, but also for everyday life, because it covers the whole spectrum of proteins. The tablets help me to build and stabilise my muscles and strengthen my tissue. I'm also a vegetarian, so I have maximum protein coverage. They improve and shorten my regeneration. The balanced proteins increase my performance, because taking them makes me feel well nourished, strengthened and refreshed. I get a quick supply of high-quality amino acids before and after training and also have a long feeling of satiety, so that I don't fall into a hunger trap even during regular interval fasting and thus get into autophagy. It really works without me lacking anything. On the contrary, I feel as fit as a fiddle. -What is also important for me is that I don't have any bloating from the product and yet my metabolism remains active.

. I'm also a vegetarian, so I'm fully covered with all proteins. I have to disagree with this, as the animal proteins, which are also important, are missing here!!! No criticism, just a comment on maximising! Lg

My answer is a little late, but I have to say that all the amino acids that are essential for humans are found in plants! LG

However, that's only achievable for professionals. Vegetarian, and especially vegan, diets have nothing to do with our natural needs.

Everyone should become their own expert and look after their own diet, inform themselves and try things out, because nobody else will do it for me. For ethical and moral reasons towards animals I have personally decided to give up meat, and of course each person must decide for themselves how they want to eat.

Hello, your reply is based solely on a non-compliant idea. Worse, you are conveying — probably only from your personal dietary approach — an extremely serious error: all the amino acids necessary for humans ARE NOT FOUND EXCLUSIVELY IN PLANTS! What you say is serious, because some amino acids are also present in animal foods. Sorry to disappoint you. Do your research properly, with seriousness and objectivity. I myself was a vegetarian, a vegan, very convinced. Then health problems led to numerous deficiencies despite taking supplements alongside. With age, and thank God, I understood and above all I listened to my body, and thanks to a lot of research I regained my health and realised that despite the best intentions we can have towards living beings, we are not all made to eat vegetarian or carnivorous diets 💯. I often hear in Chinese medicine, as one example among others, that after years of plant-based eating many people are so deficient, and you can see how marked their faces are with wrinkles. They return to a more suitable diet by incorporating animal foods. Consider yourselves warned.

I don't think it's just my idea, or something to do with my personal diet. It's simply a fact that plants also contain all the amino acids — you just have to combine them smartly and use a variety of sources (especially legumes such as chickpeas, lentils, beans, tofu, soy in general, peas, buckwheat, hemp seeds, quinoa, amaranth, nuts, etc.). In addition, I take amino acid tablets as a supplement. By the way, I don't exclude eggs and cheese, but I maintain that a healthy diet doesn't require meat.

In order to be adequately supplied with essential amino acids, especially as an older person, it is necessary to consume so much through food. We continue to take the Rimkus cure, exercise in old age and eat a wholesome, organic diet

The best product on the market
As a former competitive mountain runner, I have a lot of experience with amino acid tablets, essential amino acid powders, BCAA tablets and powders. These Unimedica AMINO tablets are the best product on the market. I have never had a strengthening effect from the hype product called MAP or had the feeling that these MAP tablets are not absorbed by my body at all. With Unimedica AMINO tablets I take 10 tablets at a time and on the one hand I experience a small energy boost that can be used for training or hard brain work/concentration at work, on the other hand I feel that my body can fill up its existing deficiencies of amino acids with these tablets from Unimedica in a comprehensive and structured way, I suspect that with these Unimedica tablets the aminogram in the blood count can be successfully filled up or a "holey aminogram" can be successfully treated and filled up with these tablets. This in turn is essential for any weakened immune system - these AMINO tablets also help me with my weakened immune system.

I have been taking the amino tablets for 2 months now. I wanted to get rid of fat rolls that had formed as a result of a high-calorie diet for a short time. It was supposed to be a test - and it worked. No chemicals, just get rid of extra pounds with proteins.

Very helpful for rebuilding muscle.
In March 2023 I received two spinal implants and was diagnosed with osteoporosis. It was my first course of medical rehabilitation; since then I have been doing strength training to strengthen my bones and muscles. My recovery was supported by amino tablets from Unimedica — four tablets morning and evening; I chew them into small pieces and then wash them down with a drink. I have come to love the taste 💖. As I am over 60, maintaining my muscle mass is very important to me.

VERY IMPRESSIVE
I have been taking amino acid tablets as part of my daily health routine for some time now and the results have really impressed me. As an avid fitness enthusiast, I wanted to improve my training performance and speed up my muscle recovery. Taking amino acids has allowed me to do just that. I found that my endurance increased during training and I was able to train longer and more intensely without feeling tired so quickly. This helped me achieve my fitness goals faster. In addition, muscle recovery after strenuous workouts was significantly faster. Sore muscles that used to take days now often disappear overnight. Another pleasing effect was an improvement in my mood and general mental well-being. I feel that the amino acids have helped to reduce stress and make me feel more balanced overall. As for my skin and hair, I have also noticed positive changes. My skin looks healthier and my hair seems stronger. This could be due to the supportive effect of the amino acids on collagen and keratin production. In conclusion, I can say that amino acid tablets have become a remarkable addition to my lifestyle. They have helped me to increase my physical performance, feel better and improve my overall health. Of course, it is important to discuss taking such supplements with a professional to ensure the correct dosage and use. In my case, however, they have been a real boon to my health and fitness.

Proteine total
My plant-based diet doesn't provide me with the protein I need. That's why I'm so enthusiastic about the amino tablets. They contain all the protein the body needs. I don't know of any other product that offers this. Taking them has also increased my performance, both mentally and physically. The tablets are also well tolerated on an empty stomach and help me against unpleasant muscle soreness during sport.

Noticeable effect
I have already tried several amino acid products from other manufacturers as they always improve my sleep considerably. Without amino acids, I realise relatively quickly that I have trouble falling asleep and, above all, sleeping through the night. After the second day of taking the product, I am fitter during the day, in a much better mood and really tired at night so that I can sleep through the night! This product from Unimedica works the fastest for me and in my opinion is of high quality. If you have difficulty swallowing, simply cut it in half and imagine you are swallowing a cracker, bread roll or similar. This is usually also the head.....

I'm delighted!
I’m impressed! I’m almost 50 and have been battling menopausal symptoms in the last few months with unsettled sleep and night sweats, which has had a bad effect on sleep. For the last 1 to 2 weeks I have been taking (only) one capsule of meno power in the evening and I’m impressed! After just a couple of days taking it I felt a noticeable improvement in the night sweats. The last few nights I didn’t have any complaints and felt like I slept right through the night, without any sweating and waking periods. I hope this improvement continues.

I am thrilled...!
In my mid-40s, I have been struggling for about 3 years with night sweats, sleep disorders (long nights lying awake), tense breasts and phases in which I almost had depressive moods with crying fits. I have been taking MenoPower for about 2 months now after trying many homeopathic products and I have to say "it really helps". I don't really have any sleep disorders any more, the very extreme sweating at night has been reduced to light sweating on far fewer days, I hardly have any pain in my breasts any more and my mood has improved a lot. I can really recommend this product to all women who are struggling with the menopause and its many unpleasant side effects.

Significantly more energy
These tablets work wonders, after a week I felt a lot more energy and calmness. The only disadvantage is that they are very large and get stuck in the throat. But if you use a meat tenderiser (I don't have a mortar) to crush them into a powder and mix them with apple sauce, they work really well and are easy to take.

I got my susceptibility to infections under control with it
I used to feel like I had a cold, was weak or even had an infection every 4-6 weeks. I bought the Amino tablets from Unimedica on recommendation and noticed a change after just 3 weeks: I was much fitter than before and since I've been taking them every now and then as a cure, I've actually not been ill any more. It couldn't be easier for me. :-)

Caution! But you have to be careful with high doses! I once took too much vitamin B12 for a few weeks (as a lozenge). As this preparation contains a lot of B12, it can't really be a permanent solution. After a few weeks, the B12 gave me severe acne and I looked like a pubescent 13-year-old. Then it might be better to take this preparation as prescribed and add a capsule of yam root. For many women in the menopause, yams help if you can't sleep through the night...

Hi Kathrin, if you are reading this, how did you come up with the issue of skin problems and B12? Have you taken nothing else apart from B12? I'm slowly getting desperate after all sorts of searches as to what it could be, as redness and pimples are spreading between my eyebrows, lower forehead to the centre. A little on my nose and cheeks too. A spring greeting and many thanks for your advice

I have also read that too much B12 can trigger acne. Why don't you have your B 12 level checked? You may already have a sufficient supply and should therefore no longer take an additional preparation.

Thank you. This has other causes for me. However, I have had my levels checked for years. I lack intrinsic factor and have a permanent deficiency. I therefore have to take vitamin B12 supplements almost daily. But I'm not allowed to take large amounts, otherwise I get severe acne. I've had it 3-4 times now and it wasn't nice. But I can't do completely without B12 either...

@Barbara: I wasn't taking anything else at the time except vitamin D3. Since I had been taking D3 supplements for years, I figured that couldn't be the cause. As I said, typical B12 acne is rare (my doctor said one person in a thousand). I looked worse than when I was 13! My whole face was full of inflamed acne pimples and even worse, it must have taken 6-8 weeks to heal. I didn't just have a few pimples, but lots of them and they were all festering (yes, disgusting). Everyone who saw me was horrified. My doctor (who also took my blood results) said I should continue to take the drops anyway as I had a severe B12 deficiency. I then tested it myself and the only dose that is feasible is one@ drop every other day. As soon as I take a higher dose, it starts again... You can also have B12 injections, but firstly my doctor is too far away. I can't get to the surgery twice a week. And secondly, I also managed to get the level higher with this mini dosage. It just took months. But now I'm doing well. You can try skipping the drops and when your skin is clear again, start again with a higher dose. If you get pimples again overnight, you'll have the same problem as me. All the best and hopefully it's not the case for you.... L.G. Kathrin.

My husband had very, very bad subcutaneous disorders after B12 injections. The poor man was covered in huge, deep boils! All over his body. I also believe that it was caused by the B12.

Great product and highly recommended!
I have been taking the Amino Tabs for a short time because I am a vegetarian and do strength training. The best thing for me is that I have more power all day, no muscle soreness after the workout, and I sleep very well...although I take less tabs than recommended (4-6 tabs) ...I have had insomnia for years...and yes I am 55 years old! Absolutely recommendable and I will definitely buy again! 🙌

Balanced diet
The intake of amino acids is extremely helpful when eating a predominantly vegetarian diet. The preparation on offer here has a fairly neutral flavour and is easy to take thanks to its pellet form. It also supports dieting, as it provides important protein without any significant calories! I have been taking the preparation for years.

Please do not change good products ;-)
Plenty has been written about the quality. I have nothing to add to that. The only thing that matters to me is that a product that was intentionally developed without frills remains that way. Most products are developed with "convenience" in mind in order to be more competitive and therefore more profitable. Even if this is sometimes at the expense of effect/quality. In my opinion, this cannot be right! So if a product comes across as "honest", explains why it is the way it is and what disadvantages have been accepted in favour of quality, we shouldn't criticise precisely these points, OR? -Find creative solutions! Otherwise another "marketing strategist" will come up with the idea of changing the product to the detriment of quality and in favour of the wallet! First the function, then the design. That's what I wanted to say about the reviews ;-) Stay healthy or be healthy ;-)

Tablets are too large and the dosage is too low
I think the tablets are too big to swallow and the dosage is too low, so you have to take 8 tablets to get your daily dose. With my previous amino acids, 2 tablets were enough with the same dosage!

Works really well!
I've entered the menopause and used to suffer daily from depression, hot flushes, mood swings, insomnia and irritability. Thanks to the product Meno Power, I'm back in balance with all my symptoms and hardly notice them anymore. This means I can get through the menopause relaxed, without all the suffering.

Helps me a lot
The hot flushes haven't gone, and I didn't expect them to, but for the first time in years 5 or 6 hours of sleep and the hot flushes have become less. I tried everything before, Chinese mushrooms, globules etc. None of it helped. I am very satisfied, just the fact that I can finally sleep well is worth its weight in gold. So: Highly recommended!

@Beate: You can also drink 1-2 cups of sage tea a day. It doesn't taste as good, but it helps a lot against heat attacks. It takes about a week to take effect, so you have to drink it regularly (or take sage in the form of tablets or lozenges). Sage contains phytoestrogens that dock onto the oestrogen receptor, so it has a similar effect to female oestrogens...

Hi Kathrin, do you have any tips for people who put on weight during the menopause (I'm 49) and are really unhappy because nothing helps? I have read that this is due to dwindling oestrogen. Best regards Claudia

Hi Claudia, what helped me lose weight was a 12-hour break from eating (easy to manage overnight) and I start the day with 500 ml of still water. Best wishes, Susanne

Lactobacillus gasseri is said to help 'recycle' oestrogen. So it allegedly also helps with weight loss... I haven't tried it myself yet.

Hello Claudia, no. Unfortunately not. I am doing well thanks to all these herbal remedies. I can sleep well, am usually in a good mood and have energy. But I am now in the 6th year of my menopause and unfortunately I have to say that I have also put on 6 kilos within these 6 years (i.e. about a dress size). I eat a healthy diet with lots of greens and fibre, no fast food, almost no sugar and white flour. Nevertheless, I have put on weight. I also do yoga regularly several times a week and go swimming in the summer, but unfortunately that doesn't stop my body from continuing to grow :-) It's not that dramatic for me, I wasn't fat before. But I do notice it in my clothes. I think that if you really want to lose weight during the menopause, you have to do sport every day to get your circulation going and cut your calorie intake at the same time. I'm also annoyed about the extra kilos, but I'm not prepared to live on 1,000 kilocalories a day. I feel good and get plenty of exercise, and I also spend a lot of time outdoors in the summer. But if I ever discover the magic formula, I'll let you know :-)) Best regards, Kathrin

I stopped smoking about four months ago, I'm 58 and going through the menopause, I've even started eating organic chocolate again and I'm not gaining weight — if anything I'm losing fat mass. I also avoid white flour and sugar; I use honey instead. My miracle remedy is Triphala. Triphala flushes waste products out of fat tissue. The dose should be increased gradually. I sprinkle the contents of one capsule into my morning coffee. I really like the taste. And niacin burns fat without having to give up food or do exercise — you lose weight. All the best if you decide to try it.

Positively surprised
After my second pregnancy, I suffered extremely from a severe hormonal imbalance. Night sweats, PMS, extreme mood swings and, worst of all, these severe breast pains before my period are just a few of the symptoms on my list, but I was reluctant to resort to a hormone preparation. So I ordered the product. Now, after 4 months of taking it, I am really delighted. The night sweats and breast pain are completely gone. PMS and mood swings are within tolerable limits. I will definitely continue to order this product. It's not a cure and it takes time to work, but it really reduces the symptoms and significantly improves the quality of life.

When I first read the reviews, I wondered whether they were fake. After three months, I can say that I also found it to be great and have already recommended it several times. I had slight hot flushes, but they are completely gone. I also feel fitter and more rested overall, and more balanced.

Menopower
Hello 😊 I myself have been having sleep problems for 3 months with mild to moderate heatwave and also often had to deal with enormous cold. As well as severe listlessness with a lack of appetite that got on my nerves. Now I have been taking Menopower for 2 weeks, 1 capsule a day. And I have to say that the fact that it works so quickly is probably a sign that the dose is right. Sleeping through ... hunger is back.... no more heatwave but consistently warm with no more cold and this has put me in a good mood again Try it out and try to find the right dose for you depending on how severe your symptoms are I think the sooner you start, the less or no longer have it at all I am enthusiastic about the Menopower!!!!!!

I am delighted with the product, my hot flushes are gone, mood swings are much better, although I have not been taking the capsules for long. I am much less irritable. I am amazed that the effect was already there within 2-3 days. I notice immediately if I forget to take it. I will continue to take it

Help at last
This product was recommended to me by a friend. And what can I say, after nobody really believed me that I had menopausal symptoms in my early 40s, I tried Menopower. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now. I already felt the effect after about 2 days. I am no longer so tense and have found my smile again. And the hot flushes are also slowly subsiding. I am so happy.

Recommendable
In the past, I have bought amino acid supplements from other manufacturers. I have already tried several products from Unimedica and have always been satisfied, so I decided to try Unimedica here too. As I have a low consumption of meat, milk and cheese, it is important for me to supplement a small amount of amino acids. I think it's good that the preparation consists of all 3 groups: essential, semi-essential and non-essential amino acids. The order arrived on time and the tablets can be broken into 2 parts, as they may be quite large for some people. They also have a slight, unpleasant odour, but you don't notice this when you eat them. I don't think you can go wrong with this purchase, which is good value for money.

Very good this Menopower
I have been taking the capsules for 2 weeks now and am very satisfied and will continue to take them. Water retention has improved considerably, joint pain is much more bearable and the hot flushes at night are also much more bearable. I take 3 capsules during the day. The odour is strange, but you get used to it.

Sage helps very well with hot flushes. I always drink a cup of sage in the afternoon and a cup in the evening (leave to infuse for a long time). If you don't like the flavour, you can also take sage as lozenges or tablets. Sage helps women very well against hot flushes. I always notice that if I can't drink it for 2 weeks due to a holiday or similar, the hot flushes start all over again. So it's best to take both: this preparation and the sage. L.G. Kathrin

Good amino tablets are very well tolerated by me, and also no bloating, quite cheap compared to other suppliers, which I really appreciate, and fast delivery, but difficult to swallow, I always let them melt a little on my tongue and then chew them up, works without rinsing with water, on the whole I am very satisfied, thank you

Improvement
I tried Menopower for the first time, I'm 50 and I'm starting to feel the signs of the menopause. After a while I felt an improvement in my condition!!! The problems with my facial skin have improved significantly (I had permanent problems with pimples, like during puberty), hardly any more night sweats, less exhaustion, so I ordered more. The ordering process is uncomplicated and delivery is fast.

I buy several products from Narayana and have always been completely satisfied. But the amino tablets are just too big for me. I find them difficult to swallow. I've already cut them in half, but the corners make them difficult to swallow through the oesophagus. When they are dissolved, you have to force yourself to swallow them because they taste disgusting. Couldn't you make the tablets half the size and round or, better still, supply them as capsules?

Menopause
Every woman in her 50s is familiar with hot flushes, poor sleep and fluctuating moods. Whilst researching on the Internet, I came across MENO POWER from Unimedica. As I didn't want to take hormones, I simply gave MENO POWER a try. Of course, you can't expect miracles, but I can finally sleep through the night again and there are only 2-3 heat waves during the day. I think I can live with that. Since then I have been ordering MENO PPWER regularly.

You can also drink sage tea against the hot flushes (helps very well with menopausal symptoms), or take sage tablets or lozenges if you don't like the taste. They help quite quickly. In addition to these capsules, I always drank a cup of sage in the afternoon and a cup in the evening. Sage is also available as tablets if you don't like the tea. You notice an improvement after 4-5 days.

Good product, but the size ...
I have been taking the Aminos for some time and am very satisfied, but I agree with the other reviews that find the tablets too large. Well-intentioned advice such as dividing, crushing, mixing or muesli is out of the question for me, especially if I take the tablets in the evening. My request: Make the tablets smaller, about the size of Schüssler salts, even if you would have to take more of them. Crushing them by hand every day is annoying. Another alternative would be to offer it in pure powder form and dose it with a small measuring spoon, then I can decide for myself whether to take it pure - I don't find the flavour so bad - or mix it into something.

Grandiose compilation
Amino acids are very important I only knew about the production of 9 of these amino acids and all 18 in one tablet. You have to take more to reach the daily dose, which is great, so I ordered a bottle for my sister. I'm glad that there's a mail order company like Narayana that looks after people's health and that you can trust what it offers. what they offer.

Blood pressure
My blood pressure has been lowered. I would like to stop taking blood pressure tablets over time. It's already helping me. But I've only been taking the amino tablets for a short time. I hope it will get better. A blood analysis by a professor revealed that I was lacking amino acids and vitamins, which I am now trying to replenish in order to achieve a better quality of life. I don't expect any immediate improvement at the beginning. By changing my diet and taking the supplements, I hope that there will be an improvement. I am full of expectation.

too much of a good thing
I have severe menopausal symptoms and have had problems with a prolactinoma for 25 years. Unfortunately, I couldn't tolerate the Menopower with red clover and monk's pepper. Dizziness, diarrhoea and a very strange general condition, I was constantly gasping for air and was hyper. I probably couldn't tolerate the dosage and had to stop after a week. It's a shame, but every herb works differently for everyone.

I had to have a fibro-adenoma removed and have also been in the menopause for a while with all the hot flushes. I've been taking the red clover extract from Unimedica for a while now and it's helping. I feel more balanced, the outbreaks of sweating have reduced and my sleep is better. Nothing detrimental, it might be worth a try!

Hello, so the hormone thing is very difficult. I took Cabaseril for a very long time to lower my levels. But the stuff is a heavy psycho drug and causes heart valve defects and many other things that are out of proportion. Monk's pepper is definitely one way to make a difference, but I don't want to make a recommendation here as any herb can have negative effects. My experience has always been that every herb turns up at the right moment and you take it for as long as you need it.LG and Toi Toi Toi

Just not
I ordered the product also because I assumed Narayana had good products. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. When the product arrived and I opened it, it smelled so extremely rancid that it was clear that I could not take it under any circumstances (high levels of malonaldehyde, a breakdown product of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which is considered carcinogenic). Of course I contacted Narayana immediately and the answer was that this is normal. This cannot be true, nor can it be healthy. I am also very appalled at the way something like this is handled here. It's absolutely appalling how it's dealt with here.

Are you sure that the odour does not come from the valerian it contains? Valerian has quite a strong odour of its own, which some people find unpleasant. Cats, on the other hand, love it. I have not yet had any bad experiences with Menopower. Finally, the evening primrose oil is protected in the capsules.

My rescue
I am 49 years young and my menopause has already lasted 9 years. I haven't had a period since mid-May 2024 - that's now over 100 days. At the end of May, a new phase of the menopause began - I had massive speech disorders and difficulty finding words, hot flushes turned into sweating flushes like I've never experienced before (soaking wet hands, arms, upper body and face) and that during the day and also at night, usually coupled with slight circulatory problems. No continuous sleep for weeks, I was no longer human, I was broken in the truest sense of the word. In my desperate search for help, I came across MENOPOWER and started taking it at the beginning of July. After 3 weeks, the speech disorders and difficulty finding words were gone and after a further 2 weeks, the hot flushes had also disappeared :)) I rarely have very mild hot flushes, but I can cope with them well. For me personally, the biggest challenge was to be patient and take the medication consistently, as I am a poor medication taker. An absolute buy recommendation from me :) For an even more restful sleep, I am now also starting with the BIO ASHWAGANDA and am very excited.

Immediate effect
I had bought the product more or less in stock, as I am at the age of the menopause, but have not had any major complaints so far. However, after suffering from massive mood swings a few days before my period, I tried Menopower and the effect was amazing. Since I have been taking the capsules, I feel much more energetic and much less exhausted.

Very grateful
I have found a composition that makes me more relaxed, lets me sleep better and gets my nightly palpitations under control. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening and before that I took monk's pepper every day, which did me good for a long time, but now (51) I probably need a bit more nutrients to support my body. However, I also take vitamin D3 + K2 and omega 3 every day

Amino Tabletten
Amino tablets are essential for all people. Especially as eating habits have changed a lot. The tablets are a little difficult to swallow. I divide them up, then it's easier or you crush them and sprinkle them into muesli, yoghurt or soup. That works really well. In any case, I can recommend them to anyone, especially if you process them as described above. Gladly again at any time.
