120 capsules with 740 mg L-carnitine tartrate per capsule for a regular nutritional supplement. 500 mg of this is pure L-carnitine. With tested, high-quality raw material.

L-carnitine is especially popular with sportspeople before a workout.

We recommend gradually increasing the dose from one to four capsules a day.

Vegan and without the following additives

The L-carnitine capsules are, in accordance with legal requirements, free from preservatives and also contain no additives such as flavors, colorants, stabilizers, or anti-caking agents like magnesium stearate. They are not genetically modified and are free of lactose and gluten.

Ingredients

L-carnitine tartrate, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, filler: rice flour

Important information: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Carnipure® is a registered trademark.

Recommended intake

Start with 1 capsule daily and slowly increase to 4 capsules daily. Take capsules with sufficient liquid.

Say goodbye to muscle pain
At least for me! Years of taking high doses of magnesium didn't do what L-carnitine combined with (much less) magnesium does. I have the feeling that weight maintenance is also linked to this. Everything is great - as always with Narayana!
