For these cranberry extract capsules from Unimedica we use a rich premium-quality extract from air-dried cranberries. This fruit originates from North America and is regarded as a superfood due to the high concentration of nutrients it contains.

Cranberry extract capsules from Unimedica contain 40 % PAC (proanthocyanidins). The especially high PAC content is shown by the vivid violet colour of the extract. PAC are secondary plant substances (phenols) from the tannin group.

Superfood with vitamin C for the immune system

The cranberry extract capsules from Unimedica contain vitamin C in the form of the patented branded raw material PureWay-C®. This is mixed with plant fatty acids and citrus bioflavonoids, so that the pure vitamin C can be more rapidly absorbed and utilised by the body. This means that the vitamin C (ascorbic acid) rapidly, effectively and securely reaches the cells.

Cranberry belongs to the genus Vaccinium and the heath or heather family (Ericaceae). It is now grown commercially in Europe, especially Latvia.

Each brown bottle of cranberry from Unimedica contains 90 capsules. This is enough for 1 to 3 months (depending on the dose).
