Spectrum of action

Coenzyme Q10 is known as ubiquinone or UQ for short. It has been used for some time especially in cosmetics and as a nutritional supplement. Q10 occurs as a natural substance in the human body and is absorbed from food or produced in limited quantities in the body. Coenzyme Q10 contributes to the normal production of ATP, the energy carrier of the human body. Therefore in healthy young people the levels of Q10 in the central organs such as heart, lung and liver are especially high. With increasing age the endogenous production of Q10 sinks.

Effect on oxidative stress: Ubiquinone can contribute to normal function of mitochondrial antioxidants. It depends on the balance and ordered metabolic process.

Hello Toni. After about 2 weeks, coenzyme Q10 has started to help improve my well-being, I have a bit more energy, activates the immune system, strengthens the heart and nerves and increases fat burning. My skin has also become a little smoother, with fewer to no more wrinkles. OPC also had a noticeable effect on me after about 2 weeks. OPC also strengthens the immune system and ensures good or better blood circulation, which has a positive effect on blood pressure. Wound healing has improved and OPC has also helped me to get rid of my pollen allergy for good. OPC has other properties that you can find out more about. If I were to write in detail about each product, it would go beyond the scope of this article. Vitamin D3 had a positive effect on me immediately after the first day (with a high dosage!) together with K2 and magnesium (as supporting co-factors). I immediately had significantly more energy, was no longer constantly tired and listless and my concentration also improved. I have been taking vitamin D3 + K2 + magnesium and OPC in particular for years. Since then I haven't even had the flu, a cough or a cold. In a way, everything has bounced off me or passed me by. The dosages I take: Coenzyme Q10 1 capsule daily, as recommended. OPC 2 capsules daily, also as recommended. Vitamin D3 500µg daily = 20,000 I.U. Vitamin K2 200 µg daily = 10 drops Magnesium 800mg daily, due to the high dosage of vitamin D3. So much from my side. I also take other supplements such as vitamin C and B vitamins. These are exactly the supplements I also take (like Peter) I also took Vitamin D3K2 at 20,000 IU for 4 weeks, then 10,000 IU. After a blood test in November 2025 my vitamin D level was a little high at 136 ng/l; since then I have been taking 5,000 IU Vitamin D3K2. In April I will have my vitamin D level checked again. Overall I feel very well; I no longer have any pain or colds! I weigh 63 kg and am 69 years old. For Vitamin D3 you generally calculate 1,000 IU per 10 kg of body weight. To replenish the vitamin D level you need to take more, at least an extra 5,000 IU. It is very important before you start taking vitamin D to have your vitamin D level measured, then you have a reference value and can begin. The vitamin D level should be between 60 and 100 ng/l!

Did I understand correctly that Q10 and K2 are supposed to be blood thinners? I have been taking both for years without any problems, no interactions. K2 is a vitamin and coenzyme Q10 is a vitaminoid.

Hello Peter, I read that you only take the B complex 3 times a week, may I ask why? I take one capsule a day as recommended, but my doctor told me during my last blood test that my vitamin B level was too high. That gives me pause for thought. Are you actually taking 20,000 i.U. of vitamin D3? I was taking 5,000 i.U. daily and my vitamin D level was 61, which my doctor thought was too high. Now I am also confused ...

It was great for me.
It has helped me a lot with the so-called "mouches volantes". These are the black spots in front of the eyes that move like little flies. The cause is probably dead cells in the vitreous humour of the eye. In any case, they have almost completely disappeared after taking coenzyme Q10. Great relief

Over the past 18 months the effect has ranged from excellent at the start to none at all. But that doesn't necessarily apply to others. In our case a severely disturbed metabolic state, accompanied by many factors such as constipation, was always a major problem. Currently, on getting up we immediately take 600 mg CoQ10 together with 1000 mg vitamin B5, along with electrolytes, extra magnesium and milk thistle. CoQ10 together with B5 definitely complement each other very well.

Great product for regulating blood pressure
I've been using Coenzyme Q10 daily for several years to prevent my Hashimoto's. Since then I've had more energy and it also helps me regulate my blood pressure. Together with OPC and L-arginine, it's a great product. Give it a try.

I'm very satisfied with this product!
