You must not overdose on it like everything else. We have been taking the capsules for years and have no problems, on the contrary, we are hardly ill any more, my allergies have disappeared and my husband no longer has any problems with his skin. So we are completely satisfied

Well prepared for the hay fever season and much more....!
For me, Blütentraum has the ideal composition for long-term use, as it is free of side effects and well tolerated. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cereal pollen, grasses and pollen in general, as well as house dust and cat hair, and the usual anti-allergic drugs are not an option for me because they make me tired and tired. The complex works so well for me and above all sufficiently against the symptoms such as itchy, reddened and burning eyes, coughing, scratchy throat or runny nose. The black cumin tablets work very well against allergies. My daughter had very severe allergies last year, skin irritations, pustules caused by the sun and, above all, hay fever. I find one glass a lot, personally by taking 2 tablespoons, I had an inflamed throat for a long time, I phoned the emergency room but they just advised me to take magnesium chloride with a lot of water. Now I've gone up to 3 teaspoons a day. And that suits me.

Good effect for irritable bowel syndrome
I tried the capsules on the recommendation of my GP as I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome and didn't want to take the proton pump inhibitor for too long. I have now been taking 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening with food for 1 month and have felt much better and symptom-free since then. Works great for hay fever!
I have already ordered the capsules several times, works great for allergies (hay fever). Taken at the first signs and no more problems throughout the summer, did the test, allergy reaction with watery red eyes, sneezing and sniffly nose, took the capsules straight away and a few hours later everything was fine again. Finding something that keeps the allergy at bay is hardly possible. Nevertheless, "Blossom Dream" is an attempt in this direction. I can't say at the moment whether it really works against hay fever, because the birch pollen is still to come. Brings peace to the hay fever season
This product really helps me a lot, it brings a certain stability. The itching in my eyes has definitely improved and my nose is no longer so irritated. But the best thing is that I no longer feel so weak and tired during the hay fever season. It's in full swing here at the moment and normally hay fever really knocks me out. I also think it's great that the Blossom Dream Complex is vegan. I don't have to take any antihistamines at the moment, so that alone is worth a lot. Hello, I have only just become aware of this. My children (12 + 15) also take some of Narayana's products. However, it says that children and adolescents should not take Blütentraum. Can anyone tell me why or does anyone have any experience? A child and I have hay fever. For me it's more the early bloomers, my son still has it. OPC worked well for me, but not as well for him as it did for me, so I would like to try Blutentraum. But as it has so many good ingredients, I'm inclined to give it to my 12-year-old too. Greetings Steffi, my thoughts on this are as follows: there are 2-3 ingredients in Blütentraum that could still be too strong in children, such as vitamin A and selenium, and I'm not quite sure about zinc either. My husband is allergic and always takes black cumin oil capsules before the season and this helps him immensely. I would therefore recommend giving your child 1 capsule of Blütentraum in the morning and 3 capsules of black cumin oil in the evening. I hope this helps you.

Hello Wibke, if I interpret your review correctly, you also suffer from histamine intolerance and tolerate the 'Blütentaum' very well. I'm asking about my daughter, who is also histamine-intolerant and is currently suffering badly from pollen. I would be very grateful for a reply.

Yes, I have suffered from histamine intolerance for a long time and take Blütentraum. I tolerate the capsules very well, think the formulation is very good and take them all year round. However, I also take additional tablets (H1 and H2 blockers) to keep my conditions under control.

I waited 4 months for my order and in the meantime I placed another order so as not to be out of order for several months but I was really disappointed not to have been informed of the big delay and above all once the delivery was made I couldn't get the capsules out of the box, they were all extremely stuck together so I had to use a spoon and fight for 3 minutes to get them off. The product itself is fine but really everything else is not.

Finally without a cough
I have been taking the capsules since February 2025, together with the oregano capsules and vitamin c. I had had a constant cough for at least 25 years, everything was investigated, even a stay in a clinic with endless tests didn't help. Psychosomatic was the final diagnosis. But then a new doctor came along and clearly diagnosed asthma. Again, countless types of spray, cortisone and other pills, but nothing helped, it improved a little, but the side effects were fatal. Then I was advised to take black cumin oil capsules and oregano capsules from another source. I was already taking vitamin C anyway. And what can I say? I haven't had a cough since around March 2025, which is nothing short of a miracle after so many years. I don't know whether it's definitely due to the black cumin oil capsules or the combination, but when my whole family was put out of action with corona 3 weeks ago, I was the only one who didn't get it, despite close contact. I only took a second oregano capsule instead of 1. I can only recommend the products. Nothing better could have happened to me. It's a shame that I only found out about it so late.

The black cumin oil capsules help in various ways...on the one hand with digestive problems (irritable bowel syndrome with constipation), but it also alleviates allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes. My husband and I take 4 capsules a day and are very happy with them!
