Book Salad Samurai with really surprising recipes

I bought the book for an incredible 3 euros and it's fantastic. This is the second discounted, very interesting book I've bought from Narayana. The recipes sound very exotic, experimental and exciting. You need a lot of equipment (spices, sauces) to make the recipes. But I like to experiment and then simply swap things around, using what I have at home. You can buy most of the ingredients at the Asian market, I've already been shopping. I've also been to the natural food shop/supermarket. And Narayana also has lots of ingredients, the list of products was an insert in the book :-) I haven't made anything from the book yet, but a few things are on the agenda, and I find it quite easy to copy from the description. Apart from the recipes with the "smoky" ingredients, which I personally don't like that much, I like everything quite well. I'll report on my successes if I'm able to review them.

I'm an absolute salad fan, but if I have to order ingredients online because local shops don't have them, I can't do much with the book. You probably have to live in the USA. What a pity...
