Manufacturer states:
SILIONIC® - highly pure ionic colloidal silver with a high proportion of positively charged ions.
NEW: Silionic® has an improved effect due to the higher content of silver ions. Silionic® shows a more intense colour and a stronger metallic taste in tests.
By using the distilled water aquaionic®, the tendency of the silver to deposit is reduced, so that more elemental silver remains in the solution. Silionic® - colloidal silver therefore shows a more intense colour.
Important: The ion–particle ratio shifts in favour of silver ions, which is why a stronger metallic taste was detected in our tests. The higher proportion of active silver ions results in greater effectiveness.
Silionic® - ionic colloidal silver produced in the company’s own laboratory
Ionic colloidal silver marketed under the name Silionic® has a higher proportion of active positively charged silver ions! Colloidal silver solutions from Medionic® contain no additives!
Since 2002 we have been producing silver solutions of the highest quality. The resulting extensive experience allows us to manufacture highly pure (i.e. additive-free) colloidal silver in different concentrations - with an optimal ratio of positively charged ions to particles.
Why do we call it "ionic colloidal silver"?
The actually active component of any silver solution are positively charged silver ions (cations), which are always present in electrolytically produced silver solutions. Experiments in earlier years showed that pure colloidal silver produced by stirring silver powder into water generates almost no effect. By contrast, virtually all medical and technical research focuses on the effect of silver ions.
The term "ionic colloidal silver" or colloidal silver solution was coined at the end of the 1990s by the developer of the Ionic-Pulser®. Similar terminology appears in many books, e.g. by J. Pies, and throughout the specialist literature.
The particles (colloidal particles) merely serve to release silver ions, and the amount released is in many cases far too small for an optimal effect. Therefore the proportion of positively charged silver ions in the fresh solution should be as high as possible.
Shelf life: In principle, colloidal silver cannot go bad, as microorganisms do not survive in silver water. However, its effect gradually diminishes from the outset. This behaviour is due partly to the decreasing particle charge. On the other hand, partial deposits of silver on the container walls can occur, which of course lead to losses in concentration. It therefore makes sense to use the freshest possible dispersions. If stored properly, usable for at least 6 months. After that, it is advisable to either use a fresh silver solution or to increase the amount used accordingly.
Storage: Finished colloidal silver should primarily be protected from electromagnetic fields. So do not store it in the fridge, on a loudspeaker, a computer, etc.
Protection against radiation such as mobile phones, radar, etc. is essentially hardly possible. However, no negative effect in this regard has so far been observed.
In addition, protection from incident light, especially sunlight, is important. Short-term exposure causes little harm.
It does not matter whether colloidal silver is stored in amber glass bottles or in clear glass bottles with a light shield of cardboard or in another form.
It is equally important to store colloidal silver fairly cool. A cellar would be ideal, but storage at room temperature is usually sufficient.
Note: The stated amount of silver is the amount of silver released into the solution. This may differ from the actual silver content, as losses of silver adhering to surfaces during and after production cannot be calculated and therefore cannot be taken into account.
