Palm oil red
So, delivery, packaging etc. all OK. Then I tried a teaspoon of palm oil. Horrible for me. I can't eat it. The oil also starts to smoke very quickly in the pan. You have to be very careful. I was afraid that you would taste the oil in the food. But that's not the case, so I'm happy to use it for that.

At first I also had my problems with the flavour of red palm oil - but then there were times when I really craved it and I really liked it - especially with pumpkin & curry - I remember. However - like any fat - enjoy it in moderation and add it to cooled/mouth-warm food if necessary.

Very good oil for frying
Because I read that palm oil is good for the eyes, I now use this product more often for cooking and frying. It tastes great with eggs and risottos, for example. And this oil does not come from any plantations, but is sustainably grown.

Organic but maybe not Virgin or Raw...
Organic oil that does not say Raw or Virgin. Is it extracted cold or hot? And by Mechanical or Solvent Processes? It is more liquid than solid, as is Coco and another brand of Raw red palm. Not clear enough apart from the colour : )
