I use these sachets regularly when I give the remedy directly to the patient: small, enough space for labelling, easy to handle, water is different. Dr Hahnemann said to give the smallest dose. Since I have been practising homeopathy, I have always given only 1 globule per dose. In addition, I work 90% with the hand-made remedies from the trituration method and with so-called historical remedies (exception: from the mother tincture method, if the modern, rare remedy from the trituration is not given) and with the globule sizes No. 00, 0, 1 - depending on potency (sizes available in DE are from 1 and larger).
