After I was diagnosed with intestinal mycosis, I take one chewable tablet of Papay Enzyme 3 times a day. In my opinion, the tablets taste quite good. I think the price-performance ratio is good. My bowels are now much better again. I am also taking zeolite and have changed my diet and carried out an intestinal detox.
