Recommended intake

Hello, I have a broken thigh bone with an intramedullary nail in it. Nevertheless, I am in pain. Painkillers help to a limited extent and damage the liver. I discovered PEA and cautiously claim that it seems to help. I will continue to take it cautiously.

Helps with my nerve pain
I have sensory disturbances in the fine skin nerves on my palms and soles (constant tingling and burning) and have been taking 1 capsule of PEA daily for a year and a half to combat this. The paraesthesia has not completely disappeared, so I stopped taking it for a short while six months ago. But then it got so much worse and really painful, especially in my hands, that I started taking PEA again, along with vitamin B12 drops, and I've actually been feeling much better since then. I just have to live with the fact that a certain amount of discomfort remains...

Hello, have you tried vitamin B1 and nattokinase? Nattokinase has allowed me to space out, or even stop taking painkillers. I buy it here from narayana; I take two in the morning, then one five to six hours later and one before going to bed during bouts of pain — it's magical. I also buy magnesium, which greatly relaxes the muscles, as well as high-dose vitamin D3 K2, which are recognised pain relievers. Kind regards

Hello, in principle, at 400 mg for one person, that's 1 to 3 capsules a day (3 over 1 to 2 months then 2 and 1 when the pain has gone). So for your dog, 1 is not a lot. For a dog weighing 60 kg, it's 3 capsules. I wish your little fur ball all the best.

Rheumatism/intestinal inflammation/heartburn
This product deserves 20 stars. It helps with rheumatic complaints, colitis, constipation and morning lower back pain. It reduces inflammation in the gut. In my opinion it can be used in the same way as Brufen/Irfen. Those with lower back complaints get my recommendation: 2 in the evening. People with heartburn also benefit greatly in combination with betaine. Warning: it is on the doping list.

Highly effective product
Delighted with this product (PEA) for treating sciatica flare-ups. From the second day, the pain had disappeared! Astonishing! I still continued to take 1–2 capsules for two weeks. I'm keeping the rest of the box in case another flare-up occurs.
