Anti-inflammatory
The cardamom pod is a spice that is used in many different ways in our kitchen. I like to use ginger water with cardamom. Preparation: Chop 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger and steep 2 crushed capsules in 3 litres of boiled water (teapot). After 20 minutes, enjoy sweetened as required. The anti-inflammatory and warming effect is important to me. Highly recommended in the cold season.
