    It is tasteless and because it is neutral, I add various fruits and oat flakes, or I mix the powder into my cocoa in the morning and then skip lunch.

    It tastes delicious and is very well tolerated. I currently replace 1 meal a day with it as I often can't take a lunch break due to my job. The (chocolate) drink is quick to make in the morning and easy to take with you in a thermos cup. I sweeten it a little, but it tastes great without. Stirred into milk, it becomes nice and creamy and "fluffy".
    As I have extensive allergies and all other shakes always have soya or other intolerable ingredients, I haven't been able to find anything suitable yet. I am so grateful for this product. I will definitely order it again and try other flavours too.     read more ...

    I love this whey protein because it contains all 20 amino acids (essential + non-essential) in its composition and simply tastes good to me (in combination with the EAA powder berry flavour)

    Form: Intact protein that first has to be broken down enzymatically in the digestive tract.

    Biological availability (BV): Very high (~104-110 for whey isolate); considered the "gold standard".
    My parents also take this whey protein regularly to counteract age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia). You can combine the powder with almost anything, depending on your preference (sweet, savoury...) and/or drink it on its own. Of course, physical training is always important, but if you can't do it (any more), you can still benefit from the proteins!
