Rapunzel produce tahini using a special process – and have been doing so for over 40 years. The full flavour of hulled and unhulled sesame seeds develops through gentle hot-air roasting using renewable energy. The sesame is then finely ground. Careful production guarantees the unique taste! Whether for delicious spreads, hummus, dips, vegetable dishes, dressings or Asian cuisine... tahini is incredibly creative and versatile.
Note: As we use only organic sesame and refrain from additives, the sesame's natural oil will separate and rise to the surface. To achieve an optimal consistency, we recommend stirring the paste thoroughly after each opening; this will return it to a creamy texture.
