Preparation for 3 servings (1 sachet):
1) Pour 250 ml water into a saucepan. Measure 250 ml whole milk or plant-based drink and add half of it to the water. Bring the contents of the saucepan to the boil.
2) Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the remaining whole milk or plant-based drink. Stir in the entire sachet contents (80 g).
3) Let the purée rest for 1–2 minutes and whisk briefly before serving.
