Application
For 3 portions (1 sachet): 1. Pour 1/4 litre of water into a saucepan, measure 1/4 litre of milk, add half the milk to the water and bring to the boil. 2. Remove the pan from the heat, add the remaining milk and stir in the entire contents of the sachet (80 g). If desired, finish with a knob of butter. 3. After one minute, whisk the purée vigorously once more. Alternatively prepare with water or a soya drink. If using only part of the sachet, mix the contents well beforehand!
