Application
For 3 portions (1 sachet): 1. Put 1/4 l water into a pan, measure 1/4 l milk, add half the milk to the water and bring to the boil. 2. Remove the pan from the hob, add the remaining milk and stir in the entire sachet contents (80 g). If desired, finish with a knob of butter. 3. After one minute, whisk the purée vigorously once more. Alternatively prepare with water or a soya drink. If removing a portion, mix the sachet contents well beforehand!
