Salsa con funghi porcini is a tomato sauce with porcini mushrooms and tastes homemade. The onions are gently sautéed at a low temperature in extra virgin olive oil so that the characteristic flavours develop.
A delicious tomato sauce for any type of pasta. It can also be used to create other dishes. We recommend adding a little olive oil to intensify its flavour.
