For our Bioland sausage specialities we only use traditional hot-meat processing. This means no additives are necessary. Our tinned sausages are gluten-free, lactose-free and yeast-free. Lyoner is popular with people of all ages.
For our sausage specialities we ensure humane animal husbandry in accordance with the Bioland guidelines. The feed comes mainly from our own farm and is 100 per cent organic. The preventive use of antibiotics and hormones is strictly prohibited. We avoid the use of chemical additives, flavour enhancers and nitrite curing salts. Our sausages are characterised by a high standard of quality and by gentle processing of the raw materials without additives.
