Lentils are one of the oldest cultivated legumes. They originally come from the Near East. The hearty stew is cooked with selected vegetables and gains its savoury flavour from thinly sliced pieces of our Ökoland Vienna sausages.

Store refrigerated after opening and consume promptly
If the entire contents are not to be consumed at once, still prepare the whole contents, allow the prepared remainder to cool, store it in a closed container in the fridge and consume promptly. This also helps to avoid any uneven distribution of the contents when decanting.
