There are different types of Sencha tea, I myself have already drunk six different types and they all taste good to me. The fact that you rate something badly here because you personally don't like it is not helpful for me as a customer. As customers, we should help each other with the reviews - if you had found foreign bodies in the tea, for example, it would be nice to know about it, but if you don't like something, nobody wants to know. Tastes are just different.

Genuine Japanese mustard always tastes very mild and does not become bitter - it has a delicate flavour
