Organic Horse Chestnut Complex with Red Vine Leaf and Acerola - 120 capsules by Unimedica

3 plant powers working together

Horse chestnut and red vine leaf have been trusted plants in European herbal medicine for centuries. The synergistic combination of horse chestnut extract with the natural plant compound aescin, red vine leaf extract with valuable polyphenols, and acerola with natural vitamin C is based on the traditional uses of these plants.

All ingredients in our organic horse chestnut complex are from certified organic cultivation and are free from undesirable additives.

Alternative dietary sources for vitamin C and polyphenols

Vitamin C and polyphenols are found in many fruit and vegetable varieties. Polyphenols are often located just under the skin. They are secondary plant compounds — known for their role in the plant's protection system. Especially red and dark berries, citrus fruits and sweet potatoes have high vitamin C content. Secondary plant substances are present in all plant foods. Particularly recommended are whole grain products and green leafy vegetables.

Simple and reliable: Vegan capsules with standardized plant extracts

Our organic horse chestnut complex with red vine leaf combines carefully selected plant extracts with natural vitamin C from acerola. Each vegan capsule contains a precisely standardized amount of the active compounds aescin and polyphenols — for consistent quality and efficacy.

The convenient capsule form makes daily use easier and is ideal for everyone who values natural ingredients and controlled organic farming.

Well‑travelled and returnees united in one mission

Horse chestnut originally grew across all of Europe. It survived the last Ice Age only in the Balkans. It was not until the end of the 16th century that it returned to Central Europe. The trees can live to be 300 years old. In naturopathy, not only the seeds, but also the blossoms, leaves, and bark of horse chestnut trees are used for various applications. The name "horse chestnut" possibly dates back to its use as horse feed during the Ottoman campaigns.

The leaves of the red vine have been known since antiquity as a natural remedy. Their deep red color becomes visible during the autumn foliage coloration. Red vine is cultivated in Southern and Central Europe, in South Africa and Australia.

The acerola cherry is not actually a cherry, but belongs to the Malpighiaceae family. These are mainly native to Central and South America, but also found in Hawaii and Jamaica. The red stone fruits are among the best natural sources of vitamin C and are hence considered a superfood.

The wish came true 🫶
Service 1A, delivery (everything always super securely packed!), a wide range for many "construction sites" in the body. Grandiose! What I was missing were capsules made from rutin, which Narayana did not offer from Unimedica. I had noted this by email and communicated it as an impulse. What can I say? When I browsed here again a day later, I found exactly that! 😍😍😍😍Ross chestnut complex with red vine leaves - such a valuable product, which is very beneficial for the blood vessels and veins (strengthens the endothelium, the inner layer of the blood vessels, has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect! In combination with stone clover capsules - THE magic capsules that not only promote blood circulation, but also make spider veins and varicose veins paler! Please NEVER take them out of the range again! You are such an enrichment with your knowledge ✨🥳 nature offers everything the body and its wonderful cells need 🫶

Hi, how many do you take? I take three in the evening and it's brilliant — my legs aren't purple any more; they're perfect. I'm thinking of taking four. What do you think? Thanks

Dear Louisa, I take two capsules a day, plus one capsule of astaxanthin. The thread veins are fading, even my mum says so ❤️ By the way, astaxanthin also gives really lovely, finely textured, rosy skin 🌺

I split the capsules: one in the morning and one in the evening. For me this dosage is optimal. I don't know if more would be better, but I prefer to take them at a moderate dose and over the long term. Of course the dosage is individual and you'd have to try it out. Best regards

Hi, thanks Stefie I used to take two in the evening with the grape one, and another whose name I can’t remember but it was for circulation. Once that finished I now only take this one, which is why I added another, but I still have a few varicose veins that I’d like to get rid of. I’m not exactly young any more and I swim a lot (I love it). I’ll make you laugh and it will do you good — I want to keep my lovely legs ahah I take them all together; I find it more effective in the evening. In the morning I take vitamins for swimming — as I swim I need them, for energy too. Thanks steffy and have a good day

Relief for heavy legs
A high-quality complex that makes sense in later life. It is a natural and effective aid for aching, heavy legs. I stand almost all day and the difference is like night and day. The substances promote circulation and result in better oxygenation of the legs, so I have a noticeably lighter feeling in my legs in the evenings. Aescin has a draining and anti-swelling effect and I will also take it preventively in future, because it also works against spider veins, strengthening and sealing the vessel walls. Even my menopausal acne and blemishes have responded positively. The severity has reduced significantly, certainly also because the active ingredients in the complex are anti-inflammatory and soothing for the skin. I combine it with OPC, because OPC improves the elasticity of the blood vessels. Both have a strong antioxidant effect!
