200 capsules
The manufacturer states:
The organic Haritaki capsules are dietary supplements made from plant parts (powder) containing secondary plant compounds (polyphenols).
Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – is an evergreen tree up to 20 m tall with oval leaves, white flowers and small five-winged yellow to orange-brown stone fruits that are used in Ayurvedic nutrition. The finely and gently ground (below 40°C) powder from the fruits comes from Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects. These capsules correspond, according to Ayurveda, to the level of harmonious balance of the doshas by balancing the six tastes: astringent, sweet, sour, bitter and pungent.
