This seasoning sauce is more than an alternative to soya sauce. It is brewed in Indonesia from hand-harvested coconut blossom nectar. Coco Aminos is soya- and gluten-free, contains less salt than other seasoning sauces and adds an exotic kick to all dishes.
Coco Aminos has a fruity-spicy flavour and goes well with salads, sauces, marinades, rice, vegetables, soups and pizza. Even ice cream and popcorn.
