400 capsules with 450 mg omega-3 fatty acids and 6 mg vitamin E per capsule as a regular nutritional supplement. One capsule contains half the recommended dosage of vitamin E for one day.

The omega-3 capsules are free of flavouring, colouring, stabilisers and magnesium stearate. They are not genetically modified and are free of lactose and gluten.

Spectrum of action

Omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contribute to maintaining:

  • Normal heart function
  • Normal blood pressure
  • Normal triglyceride concentration in the blood

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to maintaining:

  • Normal brain function
  • Normal eyesight

Omega 3 fish oil
I have been taking omega 3 fish oil since August 2020 and I am simply amazed and grateful for this great product. As I have ADD, I suffer from a lack of concentration. I have already been prescribed Ritalin. I can't recommend it. You become totally numb and can no longer show any emotions. Now I've found a natural alternative. Omega 3 oil. I notice that I can concentrate better from month to month. My senses are sharp and alert. My hair is no longer brittle and my nails have become stronger. Most people have a poor omega 3 ratio. This can and should be tested.

Omega 3 in combination with magnesium
I have been having problems on one side of my hip and have been advised to take Omega 3 as well as magnesium for inflammation in the hip. After my husband found Unimedica online, I placed my order. Hello, the dosage information on the packaging is ridiculously low. These minimum dosages have been set by a committee that is very pharma orientated, they want to sell their expensive drugs. In addition, many "food supplements" only take effect after some time (2-3 weeks). I have been taking 6-8g of Omega3 daily for many years. It has a blood-thinning effect and therefore also lowers blood pressure, in addition to the known anti-inflammatory effect. I was supposed to have 4 bypasses almost 8 years ago and the associated pharmaceutical products such as statins, antihypertensives and thinners, etc., which I refused, but I have changed my diet and take food supplements in much higher doses than indicated. The great thing is that they work without side effects.

Important for the brain, blood lipid levels and good cholesterol levels
Why I ordered the capsules: The omega-3 fatty acids ALA, DHA and EPA fulfil various important functions in the metabolism. ... ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels (blood lipid levels). DHA contributes to normal brain function. I also hardly eat any fish. My doctor said that in order to maintain the necessary amount of Omega 3 in my body, I need to eat around 250g of fish a day... so it was clear to me that I needed a good dietary supplement, which I found here. It's great that the gelatine is made from beef. The capsules are very easy to swallow, even if you generally have problems with them.

The fish oil has a strong odour and is therefore not always pleasant to take. But it does have an effect. I have been taking it for 3 months now and am less tired, have less joint pain and less dry skin. All this is very practical in winter, so I can only recommend it.

I bought the Omega 3 fish oil capsules for general health maintenance. They are great value for money and top quality. They have a neutral flavour when you take them. Sometimes it happens to me that I get a little fishy flavour a while later, but that's only sometimes and it's gone straight away. It is possible that this happens if I have had the capsule in my mouth for too long before swallowing it. However, the capsules are easy to swallow. Now that I have been taking them for some time, I have noticed that my skin has improved. No more spots and if one has appeared and I've been on it (you shouldn't really ;-) ), it heals quickly.

My husband and I had previously been taking a different product. As I am very satisfied with the supplements from Unimedica, I decided to take the high-dose version. Good dosage form we take the capsule with lunch. The intake is supplemented with magnesium. The price/performance ratio is good and we will be ordering this product again.

Omega 3 capsules
These capsules are slightly larger than the algae oil capsules. However, they work in exactly the same way. You can't taste any difference when you swallow them. Only when you open the tin does it smell strongly of fish ;-) Price-performance ratio is top! I am very satisfied.
