Die Oliven werden direkt nach der Ernte verlesen, gewaschen und schonend gepresst. Natives Olivenöl extra erste Güteklasse wird direkt aus Oliven ausschließlich mit mechanischen Verfahren gewonnen. Trübungen und Absetzungen sind natürlich und ein Qualitätsmerkmal.
