I am in good health and fit again!!!
I am 67 years old. In the past, I had very little energy and felt very, very poorly, listless, achy, etc. (black skin cancer - successful operation, heart aortic valve leaking - new one inserted successfully, high blood pressure - back to normal, high LDL cholesterol - still a little high, poor liver function). I have been taking OPC for 2 years (and other supplements, vitamin C, D3, B12, Q10, magnesium, MSM, vitamin B complex). This has enabled me to phase out the sartans, statins and proton pump inhibitors, and I'm still on the beta blocker. I have also changed my diet to a Mediterranean diet and lost 20kg without stress (81kg, 180 tall). Important: Supplementation on my own responsibility, at the same time regular monitoring of blood values by an accredited medical laboratory, with laboratory findings and medical clearance, at my own expense. Regular consultations with my family doctor and specialists. OPC is an essential part of my supplements that make me feel healthy and fit again. I have to do something for my own health! Chapeau. I also went down this route (certain dietary supplements and a change in diet), so I was able to gradually phase out medication and also lost weight unintentionally. But that was ok, as I had a few extra kilos on anyway. However, I would still recommend K2. There are good reasons for this. It considerably improves the effectiveness of D3. K2 is also said to be able to prevent arteriosclerosis or dissolve existing arteriosclerosis. As it also influences blood circulation, it supports the effect of OPC. I fully agree with the last sentence "I have to do something for my own health". Gradually, more and more people seem to be internalising this sentence and putting it into practice.

Nausea
Got severe nausea after taking the tablets, despite taking them after a meal. Opened a capsule the following day, tried taking only the powder, but it tasted as bitter as aspirin or ascorbic acid and I felt nauseous again. The nausea lasted for hours. I can't explain what is in the capsules that caused the nausea and the company couldn't answer my call. I was able to return the tablets and got my money back immediately.
