My Perfect Colon Care is a device for performing an irrigation of the distal section of the large intestine (rectum–sigmoid) in the home environment. A gentle jet of water is guided into the bowel via a rectal cannula – similar to a traditional enema.
Unlike a conventional enema, with My Perfect Colon Care the water comes directly from the tap. The device is equipped with a special system that enables connection to the bathroom fitting (washbasin, bidet or shower). The irrigation can be carried out directly over the toilet bowl.
Use and function:
- Connection: The device is connected quickly and easily, without tools, directly to the tap.
- Water control: An integrated flow regulator allows the water flow to be started, stopped and the pressure adjusted individually.
- Pressure safety: A special valve automatically regulates the water pressure – pressure spikes are reliably prevented.
- Water temperature: Always use lukewarm water at a temperature of approximately 29–36 °C.
- Energy‑independent: The device operates without electricity or batteries.
Practical features
- Comfortable use: The colon irrigation can be performed while seated on the toilet.
- Secure fixation: Thanks to the suction‑cup mount and the formable semi‑rigid tube, the cannula remains securely in position throughout the procedure – allowing independent use.
- Flexible hose: The 3‑metre long, extendable hose provides maximum freedom of movement.
- Filter holder: The special filter holder from My Perfect Colon is mounted once and replaces the conventional aerator without altering the appearance of the tap. The tap can then continue to be used normally.

Use of My Perfect Colon Care is absolutely contraindicated in:
- Enteritis–coloproctitis (inflammation of the small and large intestine and the anus)
- Acute abdominal conditions
- Pregnancy
- Bleeding haemorrhoids and anal fissures

- Bowel cancer
- Rectorrhagia
- Mania
- Recent surgery on the large intestine, rectum or anus
- Cardiac/respiratory failure
- Epilepsy and psychosomatic syndromes
- Diarrhoea
- Dysmetabolic syndrome

- Active diverticular disease
- Nausea or vomiting
- Severe dehydration

My Perfect Colon "CARE" is ideal:
- If you want a more thorough irrigation of the bowel, which is possible thanks to the use of the cannula.
- For use by people with mobility difficulties, for bedridden patients or those who certainly require assistance during the irrigation.
- If you can devote a few extra minutes to the irrigation, i.e. for your well‑being.
- If you want to maximise the effect of the irrigation by not only performing the cleansing while seated on the toilet but also by using the My Perfect Colon board in a lying position, thereby allowing the water to penetrate deeper to enhance the benefits of the irrigation.
My Perfect Colon “CARE”:
- Is equipped with a flow regulator that allows the water flow to be started and interrupted and the pressure to be adjusted gradually during the irrigation.
- Comes with a suction‑cup mount to attach the hose to the toilet seat to prevent it from slipping during use; once the cannula has been inserted into the bowel, the hose remains in position and does not need to be readjusted.
- Features a flexible hose that adapts to the position assumed on the toilet and follows your movements during the irrigation.
- The irrigation can only be carried out using the rectal cannulas (12 included).
- For irrigation in a lying position the board or the Comfort Wash mattress can also be used to allow the water to penetrate more deeply, increasing the benefits of the irrigation.

Thanks to the special My Perfect Colon board (accessory) the colon irrigation can also be carried out in a lying position. In the lying position the water can penetrate more deeply and thus increase the benefits of the irrigation.
The board is placed on the toilet and, thanks to its opening and drainage area, allows cleansing and evacuation to be carried out without interrupting the irrigation, as faecal residue is directed straight into the toilet.
