The Medi moor cushion from SonnenMoor can be used as a hot or cold pack. Peat slowly releases heat and cold to the surroundings, so the temperature is maintained for a long time. For back pain, tension and lumbago. Suitable for shoulders and neck, but also for bruises, swellings and sprains.
Construction: 5-layer film filled with peat.

Application
Heating:
Bring water in a saucepan to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, place the cooking spoon through the loop, hang the peat cushion in the hot water and leave to steep in the pan for approx. 10–15 minutes.
Heating with water: max. 3 minutes at 80°C. Can be reheated up to 700 times in a water bath or steamer.
Heating in the microwave: max. 2 minutes at 600 watts. Can be reheated up to 300 times in the microwave.
Warning: Heating in the microwave may shorten the life of your peat cushion!
Heat cushion for back pain, kidney pain, earache or stomach pain, muscle tension, menstrual complaints, rheumatic complaints, colds, sciatica, lumbago, cystitis and urinary tract infections, migraine.
Cooling:
Place the cushion in the fridge for approx. 1–2 hours. Do not put in the freezer.
Cold pack for bruises, sprains, acute inflammations, insect stings, gout, orchitis (testicular inflammation).
Other information:
Contact with hot metal or open flame will destroy the foil! Do not heat in the oven! Do not put in the freezer! Do not use a heated peat cushion directly on the skin – risk of burns!
