Use for 30 days:
Take 1 capsule with liquid once daily after breakfast. The stated recommended intake must not be exceeded. 1 capsule (= one daily dose) contains 500 mg peat powder, 137 mg humic acids and 2.4 mg iron (equivalent to 17% of the nutrient reference value NRV according to the Food Information Regulation).
