Usage for 30 days:
Take one capsule with a drink once daily after breakfast. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. One capsule (= one daily dose) contains 500 mg peat powder, 137 mg humic acids and 2.4 mg iron (equivalent to 17% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) in accordance with the Food Information Regulation).
