Molasses yeast flakes give many cold and hot dishes a savoury, piquant note. Thanks to their intense aroma they are versatile as a flavourful addition to soups, vegetable dishes, pancakes and salads.
Important note on use: The B vitamins present are sensitive to heat. Therefore the yeast flakes should not be cooked with the food but added to the finished dish after cooking or when serving to preserve the nutrient content as far as possible.
Due to the natural growth of the yeasts and varying raw material conditions, there may be colour and texture variations in the yeast flakes. These differences have no effect on quality.
The inner film is made from an environmentally friendly Natureflex film, which is wood-based and biodegradable.
