The mineral stones are placed on the bottom of the storage tank of your Lotus FONTANA® water dispenser.
This provides the best taste and an even mineralisation!
As in nature, mineral stones enrich water with essential minerals and make it alkaline.
The carrier material of the mineral stones can additionally trap contaminants and acts as a final purification step before you take the water from the glass container.
Tip:
A full pack of mineral stones in the storage tank may produce an overly mineral taste; in that case, reduce the number of mineral stones.
At first, place only a few stones in the storage tank and test how you like the taste. You can add more mineral stones as required.
Note:
Please use the mineral stones only with the ANTI KALK filter cartridge.
The MINERAL AKTIV filter cartridges raise the pH value using a different technology. The effects may partially cancel each other out.
To avoid reactions between the Mineral Aktiv technology and the mineral stones, the Mineral Aktiv filter cartridge should therefore not be used together with mineral stones.
