The power of the blue molecule
The book describes when and how methylene blue was produced and what it actually is. The history of methylene blue is told in a simple and understandable way, as are its chemical and pharmacological properties. The reader learns where it can be used successfully, which is impressively demonstrated by the case studies described. The effect on mental health, cell regeneration and the mitochondria is fascinating. There is good information about the possible applications and their effectiveness, especially in combination with other active ingredients. Methylene blue was used effectively as a supplement. I found it very interesting how it affects various mental illnesses. Reference is made to clinical studies and their positive results. Good arguments describe the use of methylene blue. The book is accompanied by various illustrations for better understanding. This gives you a different perspective on methylene blue. The longest chapter deals with the subject of cancer, which I found very informative and enlightening. From the initial therapies to the role of genetics in cancer, from misconceptions and attitudes to the discovery of the Warburg effect and its significance. Conventional cancer treatment is discussed, including methylene blue and its allies in metabolic therapy, as a case study describes how it stabilised the cancer. It also deals with nutrition, especially the negative effects of glucose and the benefits of the ketogenic diet. Recipes with instructions are given at the end! There are so many other important aspects described that are encouraging. We can only hope that methylene blue will not be forgotten as a therapeutic option!

A book that gives courage
This book describes methylene blue as a forgotten drug. Dr Laurent Schwartz, oncologist, cancer researcher, former Harvard student, has not only analysed existing research on methylene blue, known as a dye, but has also carried out his own studies in alternative cancer medicine with a team of physicists, mathematicians, biologists and doctors. He describes cancer in a very objective way as a metabolic disease in which the cell has degenerated and can therefore no longer convert glucose normally. This connection is described as the Warburg effect and was still widely recognised in the research world in the 1950s and 1960s. The Warburg effect describes the fact that cancer develops because the cells can no longer burn glucose and are also unable to form water molecules. The resulting excess electrons are responsible for the spread of tumours and the Warburg effect. According to Dr Schwartz, methylene blue captures electrons and stops the fermentation of cancer cells. Dr Schwartz specifically describes his findings in various types of cancer, metastatic cancer and the mechanisms of action in the context of chemotherapy. He does not make judgements, but writes scientifically and profoundly. He comprehensively describes the effects of a ketogenic diet (low carb) in combination with methylene blue and other important substances and emphasises the importance of exercise. The listed case studies and treatment protocols (therapy plans) can also encourage those affected and provide options for action. Dr Schwartz: "We are convinced that our work will lead to the end of cancer, the scourge of mankind." Methylene blue is not only used in cancer research and medicine. Studies also show positive effects of methylene blue on schizophrenia, depression, anxiety and much more. An exciting book that I am happy to give to affected people. Many thanks for this special work!

Exciting, informative & thought-provoking
The cover looks to me like a starry sky, which may fulfil wishes in connection with the methylene blue:-) Well done and very appealing. It certainly arouses curiosity, especially the title with subtitle gives rise to high hopes. The cancer researcher and author Dr Laurent Schwartz tells us in a very exciting way about a forgotten remedy that was discovered a century ago and used to treat a wide variety of diseases. In a brief but very interesting introduction, we learn about the connections between cancer and methylene blue, which is explained very well and clearly. We then learn about the use of methylene blue in cancer therapy using case studies. Astonishing results and findings were achieved here a long time ago. Dr Laurent Schwartz has more than succeeded here in providing information & clarification of methylene blue in health areas, as well as introducing the reader to a science that could not be more valuable and questions our current medical procedures in an open & authentic way. To me, it sounds like an invitation to the world of medicine to rethink its own approach and possibly reintegrate a time-honoured remedy into the public domain. We meet well-known personalities here, and it seems no surprise that pharmacists already have knowledge of this forgotten remedy. The discovery of the Warburg effect, its importance in cancer treatment and its current oblivion are difficult to comprehend. From a medical point of view, however, a second look would be a possible solution. This book is an exciting journey through the last decades, the most diverse research, applications, as well as a true marvel of detailed clarification, partly with illustrations & tables to clarify the findings. The reader is provided with a wealth of specialised knowledge, many tips and opportunities to take responsibility for their own health, as well as to inform themselves independently about possible illnesses and to ensure the best possible treatment for themselves, on their own responsibility, with the help of medicine. As readers, we have a major concern to share with the world. Unfortunately, there are no clinical studies on metabolic cancer therapy to date, and as with so many things, it is unfortunately once again all about the tiresome issue of money. It would be desirable for everyone to work together to promote a team that could contribute to research in the search for a cure. We may also be enriched by another well-known remedy, namely the chlorine dioxide solution. Based on case studies at the back of the book, we may take astonishing results with us on our journey and into our lives. Should methylene blue, partly in combination with other remedies & treatments, as well as different therapies, actually show possibilities to be used as a remedy? A book that gives us hope and the courage to follow our own path in life! Instructions on how to make the same as well as literature references are a valuable addition to the overall picture. 5 out of 5 stars for an incredibly interesting and informative educational work by Dr Laurent Schwartz, who seems to me to have made a point of rediscovering a tried and tested remedy. A clear buy & read recommendation for everyone. It is easy to understand, incredibly informative and linked to a very big plea, which, hidden between the lines, wants to be carried out into the world. I am infinitely grateful for this enrichment from an oncologist, cancer researcher & author.
