The Medi moor cushion from SonnenMoor can be used as a hot or cold pack. Peat slowly releases heat and cold to the surroundings, so the temperature is maintained for a long time. For back pain, tension and lumbago. Suitable for shoulders and neck, but also for bruises, swellings and sprains.
Construction: 5-layer film filled with peat.

Application
Heating:
Bring water in a saucepan to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, insert a cooking spoon through the loop, hang the moor cushion in the hot water and leave to steep in the pan for about 10–15 minutes.
Heating in water: max. 3 minutes at 80°C. Can be reheated up to 700 times in a water bath or steamer.
Microwave heating: max. 2 minutes at 600 watts. Can be reheated up to 300 times in the microwave.
Warning: Microwave heating can shorten the lifespan of your moor cushion!
Heat cushions are suitable for back pain, kidney pain, earache or stomach pain, muscle tension, menstrual discomfort, rheumatic complaints, colds, sciatica, lumbago, cystitis and urinary tract infections, migraine.
Cooling:
Place the cushion in the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours. Do not place in the freezer.
Cold packs are suitable for bruises, sprains, acute inflammations, insect stings, gout, inflammation of the testicles.
Other information:
Contact with hot metal or open flame will destroy the foil! Do not heat in the oven! Do not place in the freezer! Do not apply a heated moor cushion directly to the skin – risk of burns!
