The manufacturer states:

Man-Koso PREMIUM: Fermented fruit and vegetable concentrate

More than 40 purely natural cultivated plants are fermented over a period of 3 years and 3 months, i.e. not fermented into alcohol. The ingredients are thus broken down into their components, fermented enzymes and amino acids. These bioactive substances are then freely and "pre-digested" available to the body without any additional effort.

Man-Koso Premium can be used in addition to any type of therapy or treatment.

Man-Koso is consumed in very small doses (approx. 2.5 g - 3 g per day)!

One jar is sufficient for general regeneration for about 6 weeks. A course of 3–6 months is recommended for the duration of use.

Recommended intake

We recommend taking 3–4 servings daily using the enclosed measuring spoon. Can be taken plain or dissolved in liquids. (If dissolved in liquids, please consume on the same day; do not mix into liquids over 40 °C.)
