For liver cleansing according to Andreas Moritz

This week I did my 5th liver cleanse according to Andreas Moritz, this time with malic acid. I used apple juice and apple cider vinegar in the previous cleanses. The apple juice was too sweet for me, the apple cider vinegar had a rather poor flavour. I dissolve the malic acid in about 1 litre of water. It tastes a bit like lemon water and I enjoyed drinking it (unlike the apple cider vinegar). The result of the current cleanse was comparable to the previous ones.

Apple juice is often too sweet for me, so I also use malic acid in the Andreas Moritz bile and liver cleanse.
