Extensive, lovingly personalised cookbook by the likeable blogger. In addition to instructions and comments on individual veggie dishes from all over the world (often with suggestions for alternative ingredients), it contains numerous photos - including of the author and her little dog. Very inspiring, varied and colourful - a feast for the eyes that tempts you to cook the mostly easy-to-prepare dishes!

Recipes with a twist
I have already cooked a few recipes and was delighted. The ingredients are almost all readily available (except for farro, which I'm still looking for) and the cooking instructions are well explained. New inspiration for variety on the table. I'll keep trying :) One star deduction because the author heats/melts a lot of things "briefly in the microwave". Unnecessary and can be done differently.

This book starts with a wonderful chatty "tone" and so you don't even realise that there could be the damned foreword in here. Well done. Just like the - unfortunately still too few - tried and tested recipes, the few are well done. The beautiful pictures are a creative contrast. Thank you for such a beautiful book at an absolutely super price.
