Good non-exhaustive summary of remedies Very meaningful drawing Not enough to really cure But a good complement to other methods

a good product
Very useful thanks to the remedy profiles, and I liked the illustrations showing the dominant characteristics of the remedy.

Writing history - Shaping the future **
I spent a lot of time looking at, describing and questioning the cartoons in Vicky Mathison's Profiles of Animals with my grandson before he was two. But since he was four, Philémon has regularly withdrawn with "L'homéopathie du bébé à l'ado" to spend long moments, alone, examining the images. - If the mise-en-image produces a restrictive effect (stigmatising a remedy whose nature is broader and deeper), reducing it to a dozen or so characteristics; - it also makes it easier to open up in the reader's mind a dimension of being that integrates (space/time) and (psycho/emotional), supported by pictograms (universal archetypes). In this way, the brain is presented with links between -objectivity, -subjectivity and -symbolism. By involving several senses in this way, each of which holds part of the -significance, the information is mapped/distributed in the different spheres of the nervous system. Frau Jeannette Hölscher invites us to plunge into the era of feeling*, where the atmosphere in which the little patient lives tells us his remedy. This is a fine educational achievement that transforms a linear/2D medium into a dynamic/3D* one in the search for the child's totality (psychic/physical) through colour and lively/moving comics. * My three-year course at the Montreal Institute of Classical Homeopathy and my encounter with Judyann McNamara - so close to Being - helped me to appreciate what the author and your publishing house are offering us here. ** 250 years - Collège de Montréal

What a wonderful way of telling a story that Jeannette Hölscher-Schenke uses to illustrate a remedy. I can imagine a stylistic marriage between Catherine R. Coulter, the 'story-teller', and Frank Kusse, who knows how to 'camouflage' a character so well. Coulter and Frank Kusse, who knows so well how to portray a character: as credible as my neighbour. The even structure of the book makes "Homeopathy from baby to teenager" efficient and enjoyable to read. Four pages are allocated to each of the sixty remedies - which are themselves divided into three sections: 1- Eva Strobel's exceptional mise-en-image takes up half the space - the situations presented clearly express an aspect of the remedy, as does the related atmosphere; 2- the first page is used to describe the profile of a character/remedy, placing it in context - the particular nature of the remedy is clearly perceived through the story described; 3- finally, a fourth page completes the medical material by classifying the main disorders that the remedy has effectively cured in the past. The "worsening and improving" pictograms are so significant (direction/colour) that they are a clear example of how best to reach a wider range of readers. Typography, signage and colour have been carefully thought out; instructions for use, a directory, a glossary and an index of diseases allow readers to dance from one remedy to another, much to the delight of those who are looking a little further afield. For PARENTS who take the time to read/discover with their young child - this book is a gift that adds meaning. For STUDENTS, it opens the mind to better integrate the Classics*: in -image, in -colour and in -feeling. For the HOMEopath, it refreshes and revitalises certain portraits of remedies, and can also tease the neighbours by placing it in the local library. * the important works of the past - large and small, sometimes hard to digest - but so essential.
