On 192 pages, Mr Klaus Oberbeil's book Turmeric, published by Heyne Verlag, not only conveys in-depth knowledge about one of the oldest remedies and powerhouses with multifaceted active ingredients, which is important for both animals and humans, but also shows corresponding references and their significance to Ayurveda in India. I first read the introduction, then the interesting recipes at the end and could hardly put it down at the weekend; thanks and great praise to Mr Oberbeil for this handy treasure of a book.
