So much baby happiness in one book ...
There is something so warm, happy and familiar about this book. Almost as if I knew the author. Something resonates in this book that touches me deeply. It works and has an effect on many levels. I find the combination of poetry and magic and pure objectivity about primal nutrition astonishing, and both come from one author. It is the diet of primitive peoples that is the way back to true health for our "sick" modern way of life - and the author explains why, and does so in a well-founded way. This factual part reads as grippingly as a novel. The author also writes about nutrition during pregnancy and which foods are so incredibly important to really nourish your baby and they are exactly the foods I have a voracious appetite for. The photographs have such an uncomplicated calm, they look completely unposed, but the colours and composition are simply enchanting. The author must be living in some kind of magical world that she allows us to share in. I've been leaving the book open in various places over the last few days because I find it so touching and because it increases my anticipation for our baby so much!

Every bite is super nutritious.
I devoured this book within a few days. Nowhere else have I received such in-depth information about nutrition for babies and about what babies absolutely need in order to avoid physical defects, poor eyesight, tooth decay or chronic childhood illnesses and much more later on. You realise what you can do wrong and, above all, what is being done wrong everywhere! All in a loving way that you gladly accept. Even though my child generally doesn't eat that much, I know that from now on every bite is so ultra-nourishing that it is taken care of. Before, I always had the feeling that my child was simply not being nourished enough. Now I know why.

A must for all (expectant) parents
The author herself has worked intensively on health and especially nutrition in order to create the ideal conditions for her child - even during pregnancy. This beautifully illustrated book not only offers a wealth of important information about nutrition, but also plenty of inspiration for self-care and a cosy atmosphere. Inspiring recipes (not just for babies) round off the book. Young parents and those who want to become parents should definitely read this book and be inspired by it. I wish this book had been around "in my day"...

What a treasure! I am so grateful...
Finally a baby cookery book with in-depth knowledge. What really equips my baby against illness and what gives him or her the optimum foundation for a healthy life? I'm shocked at what you can read in the general literature, from fluoride to margarine recommendations, and I'm delighted to have come across this comprehensive basic work that has just been published. Anyone who reads this book will quickly realise that what is generally recommended as food for babies is actually malnutrition, which can lead to dangerous deficiencies and childhood illnesses. This book explains in a completely logical and sensible way why for thousands of years the primitive peoples of our earth gave their pregnant women and babies certain foods and prepared their food in certain ways so that they would not harm the body and provide certain deep nutrients that are no longer available in the usual modern diet! It is no wonder that to this day the people of undisturbed primitive peoples are so healthy and do not suffer... No one who has anything to do with children should miss this book. It is a must-have.
