Practical and inexpensive

I find the enema bag very easy to use. With the My PC system, I can't adjust the temperature on my tap very well. You don't have that problem with the bag. However, it makes sense to measure the temperature with a thermometer and let the water cool down if necessary. I have found that lukewarm is not 36.5°C and therefore too warm for the intestines.
