Moreover, another monster of 'Bacteriological weapons' is standing with an open jaw. Some countries have grown hundreds of kilograms of Plague and Typhoid bacteria and Cholera vibrios alongwith thousands of infected rats to destroy humanity.

No doubt that we are living in the age'of super culture wherein one finds genetic engineering, test-tube babies, computer-robots, space geology etc., but science of machine and political orders based on modern technocracy have endangered the survival of humanity.
