Miasms
The miasm theory is Hahnemann's explanatory model for chronic diseases. The three classical miasms—psora, sycosis and syphilis—were later expanded with additional concepts.
Understanding the miasms is important for the treatment of chronic illnesses and the choice of antimiasmatic remedies.
