The manufacturer states:
White sage is one of the most sacred plants for the Indigenous peoples of North America. It can cleanse the atmosphere, attract positive energies and clarify our consciousness. Thanks to these wonderful properties, when burned the plant creates a very pure and almost sacred atmosphere in which we — freed from burdens and foreign energies — can find our way back to our origins. This can make it an ideal aid for meditations, rituals and energetic cleansings, e.g. after arguments, moving house, stressful situations, illness, etc. White sage, as a powerful cleansing and protective plant, can bring light into our surroundings and into our hearts. White sage incense sticks are made from 100% natural substances. The white sage used originates from North America. Burn time: approx. 30–60 minutes
