Himalayan salt is one of the most valuable salts there is. Pure nature, no artificial additives, because salt is important for our nutrition. I can only strongly recommend it, all other types in the supermarket all other types in the supermarket are simply harmful to your health.

Very good alternative to conventional iodised salt

I always buy Himalayan salt because the ingredients come from natural sources and the salt is still in its original state, i.e. completely unrefined, which means it is more bioavailable for my body.

The salt meets my expectations visually and I use it for brine, among other things. It is probably without additives and seems to be OK. It would be helpful to have more detailed information about the extraction (similar to "fairtrade", no child labour or similar).
