Umfassendes Nachschlagewerk
Ein gut gegliedertes und bebildertes Nachschlagewerk - Pflanzen mit Angabe der Gunnas, Rasa, Vipaka und Virya alphabetisch geordnet nach nach lateinischen Namen der Kräuter - und das ist einzige, was ich nicht gut finde, denn in der ayurvedischen Praxis sind die Sanskrit Bezeichnungen geläufig und die muss man erst im Verzeichnis nachschlagen…
Eine Pflanze, die mir fehlt, ist Artemisia annua, mit ihrem faszinierenden Wirkungsbereich.
