But the moment of harvest must be recognised and seized. It is time for the first cut. A faint premonition of the approaching farewell to summer hangs in the air – now we may harvest what we have sown and tended with care.
Included plants: lavender, yarrow, mugwort, common mullein, rose, clary sage and others.
Application
Ensure a draught-free location, use a stable, level base and supervise your candle while it is burning. Make sure the wick is trimmed if necessary and that the drip tray is clean (!).
The candles burn down in a delicate lattice pattern – this is intentional.
Remove the band before lighting and follow the instructions on it carefully.
After several hours of burning, melting parts of the rim structure can cause the drip tray to overflow. To prevent this, we recommend extinguishing the candle and allowing it to cool, or removing the rim.
